We have significant experience of markets in both Germany and further afield, and work with a network of local partners. In the case of non-performing portfolios and loans (NPLs), we represent your interests and enable the maximum return on capital and the successful restructuring of the company with the aim of increasing the return on your property.
The investment company management forms the interface between the investor and the portfolio or property level. We ensure that all contractual and legal obligations are respected and served against third parties and the investment company. This includes comprehensive and transparent reporting to financing partners, trustees and investors, budget and liquidity planning on a company level, as well as monitoring of all payment obligations. If necessary, we also work with the service providers involved. The liquidation of investment companies is also part of our service package. If desired, we also assume the position of the managing director of the investment company.
On portfolio and asset level, we develop the strategy for each asset and supervise the implementation of the necessary measures. We set up and manage local teams of internal and external real estate service providers. Our regular presence onsite and the exchange with all market participants, enables us to assess the local markets and, if necessary, adapt our strategies accordingly. We also take responsibility for the purchase and sale of real estate as an integral part of the implementation of the investment strategy.
